Dates |
The Weldon
Township March Board
of Review will meet on the following dates:
- Tuesday, March 3, 2026
at 4:00 PM for the Organizational Meeting (no
appeals will be heard at this
meeting)
- Monday, March 9, 2026,
from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Wednesday, March 11, 2026,
from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Taxpayers
may protest by letter
which must be received before March 11th, 2026 and mailed to:
Weldon Township Assessor,
P.O. Box 570, Thompsonville, MI 49683.

About Us
Weldon Township is located in Benzie
County, Michigan and includes the west half
of the Village of Thompsonville. Within
the township are miles of public land open to
hunting and many other outdoor activities,
which includes miles of hiking, cross-country
skiing, and snowmobile trails. Note
that there are also many parcels of private
land in between the public land, so please
be careful and respect the rights of
landowners. The Betsie River runs through the
township with many points of access. The
Betsie is well known for its Steelhead and
Salmon runs.
